Born in Boulder, Colorado, Alex brings both heart and vision to her role as General Manager. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys quality time with her husband and their 9-year-old daughter, Izzy—already showing signs of becoming a future leader at Lionsgate. Alex finds joy in dancing and drumming, and shares her home with two Newfoundlands, Achilles and Apollo. With an ability to envision the grand scope of a project while masterfully orchestrating every intricate detail, Alex is the driving force behind the seamless execution and elevated experience that defines Lionsgate.

Originally from Erie, Colorado, Lauren brings warmth, charisma, and an effortless charm to the Lionsgate team. A devoted Nebraska Huskers fan and an avid sand volleyball enthusiast, she also enjoys cooking and eating—particularly Mexican food—and finds joy in simple pleasures, like a meal at Chilis on her days off. Lauren’s vibrant personality and natural ability to connect with others make her an exceptional Assistant General Manager and a treasured member of our team, embodying the approachable elegance that defines the Lionsgate experience.

Originally from Wisconsin, Hanna brings a warm, detail-oriented presence to the Lionsgate team. A devoted Harry Potter enthusiast and passionate crafter, she finds joy in creating meaningful experiences—both in her personal life and for our guests. When she’s not adding thoughtful touches to events, she cherishes time with her family (watching the Packers game, of course). Growing up with three siblings helped Hanna develop quick thinking, adaptability, and a calm, confident approach to any challenge. Her sharp attention to detail and genuine care ensure every event runs seamlessly, making her an indispensable part of the Lionsgate experience.

Madeline earned her Master’s degree from the University of Leicester in England before relocating to Colorado to indulge her love for the mountains and natural beauty. A true cosmopolitan at heart, she enjoys exploring the world through travel, experimenting in the kitchen with refined flavors, skiing, and sharing meaningful moments with friends.

Born and raised in Broomfield, Colorado, Jess studied English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs, where she honed her love for storytelling and refined expression. Ava was born and raised in Oklahoma City, moving to Colorado to attend school at CSU Fort Collins in 2020. When she's not greeting you for your meetings at Lionsgate, she's skiing, attending a concert, or relaxing in her yoga class! Her current favorite musician is Tame Impala. Ava brings a fun and spunky vibe to Lionsgate and you'll always be welcomed by her contagious laugh!

Jay is a true Boulder native, growing up in Superior and then attending college at CU Boulder. In his free time, Jay professional drums for sports teams like the Nuggets - you can probably catch him playing snare drum at the next game! Along with drumming, Jay loves the outdoors, going to concerts, and his two kitties, Fettuccine and Jiji. His attention to detail and hard work make him our perfect operations manager, making sure all of the small and large logistics are taken care of before you even arrive on event day!

Matt is our maintenance man extraordinaire! He grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts alongside his wife, Quella, and they moved to Colorado in 2019. Three years after moving here, Matt and Quella tied the knot in our very own Gatehouse. Matt really keeps everything up and running here at Lionsgate, and in his free time loves to play Paper Mario or hang out with Quella, their two dogs Eevee and Kenai, and their newest addition to the family, baby Eli!
