To Serve


  • Combine ground beef, pepper, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

  • Gently form mixture into 8 patties.

  • Heat grill or skillet to high.

  • Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side (if you make them thicker, you'll need to cook them longer)

  • Serve on grilled hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onions.

  • Devour!


I made sweet potato fries and squash/zucchini coins.

  • Slice the sweet potatoes into fry shaped pieces. Slice the squash and zucchini vertically so it creates coin shaped pieces.

  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over all of the vegetables.

  • Season all of the vegetables with salt and pepper.

  • Bake all the vegetables at 400 degrees F. Bake the sweet potatoes for 25 minutes and the squash/zucchini for 18 minutes.
