How To Make Dinner From Simple Ingredients In Your Pantry (Shelf Cooking)

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
To Serve
Lettuce
Tomato sliced
Cheese
Onions sliced
Pickles sliced
Instructions
Combine ground beef, pepper, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Gently form mixture into 8 patties.
Heat grill or skillet to high.
Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side (if you make them thicker, you'll need to cook them longer)
Serve on grilled hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onions.

I made sweet potato fries and squash/zucchini coins.
Slice the sweet potatoes into fry shaped pieces. Slice the squash and zucchini vertically so it creates coin shaped pieces.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over all of the vegetables.
Season all of the vegetables with salt and pepper.
Bake all the vegetables at 400 degrees F. Bake the sweet potatoes for 25 minutes and the squash/zucchini for 18 minutes.
