based on 100 guests + $55 per guest if over/under 100

Facility: Dove House or Gatehouse
Includes: either the Dove House or Gatehouse for a 4 hour event time with 2 hours set-up & 1 hour load-out
& all standard inclusions as noted on website and in brochure
Brunch, Lunch or Dinner
Includes: appetizers, buffet service with 1-2 protein entrees, side dish, salad, vegetable, bread, bartender(s) and floor staff
add 50¢ p/p per 1/2 hour of overtime beyond 4 hours of event time
additions or upgrades to menu and/or service will be charged on an item by item basis
(if not needed call for amount to be deducted)
Wedding Cake or Chocolate Fountain
add $500 for BOTH cake and chocolate fountain and add $5 p/p if over 100
(if not needed call for amount to be deducted)
Flowers
Includes: bride’s bouquet, toss bouquet, 4 bridesmaid’s bouquets, 7 boutonnieres, 4 corsages
add/deduct $65 per bouquet, $25 per corsage & $15 per boutonniere

Photographer OR Videographer
Photographer Includes: 4 hours digital coverage, 1 high-quality CD of all edited images and website with preview images
+ CHOICE of engagement session, 1 additional hour of wedding day coverage OR other upgrades
Videographer Includes: 5 hours, 2 cameras, 15 hours of editing and 3 high quality DVDs
add $200 per additional hour, $20 per additional DVD
(if not needed, deduct $1200 OR add $1200 for BOTH Photo and Video)
Ceremony Officiant
Includes: writing and officiating a customized ceremony with rehearsal when possible
(if not needed, deduct $400)
Disc Jockey
Includes: 4 hours of play time with customized play list and announcements
add $75 per 1/2 hour of overtime beyond 4 included hours of event time
(if not needed, deduct $600)
Invitations
Includes: invitations, return addresses, lined inner envelopes, response sets, thank you notes and save the date cards
from most albums - or trade the save the date cards and/or thank you notes for upgraded invitations
(if not needed, deduct $300)
Wedding Night Suite
Includes: one night stay at either the Lafayette, Colorado or Boulder Cottage Suite
(if not needed, deduct $200)
Event Planning
Includes: consultations as needed to plan your perfect event
Payments
A $2750 deposit is due prior to your Planning Meeting. ($2000 for vendor's deposits and $750 for facility deposit) Facility portion is due 6 months out with package balance due 2 weeks out and used to pay vendor's final invoices.
How it works
If some vendors are not needed, you may deduct the specified amount from the package. After the deposit is paid, you will attend a 1-3 hour Planning Meeting with one of our staff to discuss your ideas, style and budget. After this meeting your vendors will be selected and booked for you. Soon after, each vendor will contact you to discuss the specifics of your event and set a time to meet, if needed. In the unlikely event you are not happy with a vendor, contact our office immediately and we will select another vendor that better fits your needs. (Must be within 30 days of Planning Meetings.)
Cancellations
If you cancel a vendor more than 30 days following your initial Planning Meeting, that vendor's deposit will be non-refundable. This amount will vary depending on their deposit requirements. If you cancel the entire Package after 30 days, $2000 is non-refundable, plus either half or all of the $750 facility deposit. (See cancellations for Facility)
