Brunch, Lunch or Dinner
Includes: appetizers, buffet service with 1 entree, side dish, salad, vegetable, bread, bartender(s) and floor staff
add 50¢ p/p per 1/2 hour of overtime beyond 4 hours of event time
additions or upgrades to menu and/or service will be charged on an item by item basis
(if not needed call for amount to be deducted)

Wedding Cake or Chocolate Fountain
add $500 for both a cake and chocolate fountain and add $5 p/p if over 100
(if not needed call for amount to be deducted)

Disc Jockey
Includes: 4 hours of play time with customized play list and announcements
add $50 per 1/2 hour of overtime beyond 4 included hours of event time
(if not needed, deduct $600)

Photographer
Includes: 4 hours digital coverage and 1 high-quality CD of all edited images
additions or upgrades to hours, prints, albums or an “art” style photographer will be charged on an item by item basis
(if not needed, deduct $1200)

Videographer

Includes: 4 hours, 2 cameras, 15 hours of editing and 3 high quality DVDs
add $200 per additional hour, $20 per additional DVD

Flowers

Includes: bride’s bouquet, toss bouquet, 2 bridesmaid’s bouquets,
5 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, wedding cake flowers & flower girl flowers
add $65 per extra bouquet, $25 per corsage & $15 per boutonniere
(if not needed, deduct $600)

Ceremony Officiant
Includes: writing and officiating a customized ceremony with rehearsal
(if not needed, deduct $400)

Invitations
Includes: invitations, return addresses, lined inner envelopes, response sets & thank you notes from any selected album

Wedding Night Suite
Includes: one night stay at either the Lafayette or Colorado Suite
