If you will not be having your wedding ceremony at Lionsgate, deduct $300 from the base price.

Event Times
1/2 Day Afternoon 
Setup 8:00am - 10:00am 
Event 10:00am -2:00pm 
Load-Out 2:00pm - 3:00pm 
(Added event hours after 2/3 pm are available if no other event is scheduled).
1/2 Day Evening 
Setup 4:00pm - 6:00pm 
Event 6:00pm - 10:00pm 
Load-Out 10:00pm - 11:00pm 
(Additional event hours after 10/11 PM are available without prior notice).

Event Any 8 hours the day of the event
Load-Out 1 hour immediately following the event

Additional Guests:
Gatehouse: Add $15 per person for each guest over 150.

Includes additional tables, chairs, linens, tableware and house usage for each additional guest.
(Charges are based on the final number the client provides for set up, not the actual number in attendance.)

If some of the items above are not required, added guest charges will be as follows:


$3 per guest house & grounds usage (minimum)

$3 per guest wedding ceremony (chairs, music, microphones, rehearsal, greeting station)

$4 per guest unlimited beverages & ice
$5 per guest tables, chairs, linens and centerpieces
$6 per guest plates, flatware and glassware


Holiday Pricing
Sunday of Memorial & Labor Day is priced at Saturday’s rate.
Monday of Memorial & Labor Day is priced at Sunday’s rate.
New Year’s Eve is always priced at Saturday’s rate.
The 4th of July is always priced at Sunday’s rate (unless it falls on a Friday or Saturday, then regular rates apply).

Additional Event Hours:
$50 per half hour of “set-up” time
$100 per half hour of “event” time

Afternoon Events:
Hours may only be added before the contracted time.
Hours added after the contracted time are only available if an evening event is not scheduled.

Evening Events:
Evening events on Saturdays and Sundays may not begin before the contracted time, however, additional hours after the contracted time are available without prior notice.

Changes to Event Hours:
Saturday & Sunday Events:
Evening events may change hours to begin later but may not change to begin earlier.
Afternoon events may change hours to begin earlier but may not change hours to begin later.
Hours may only be changed with prior approval.

Monday–Friday Events:
